The Royaltiz shop: unlock priceless items and experiences
Welcome to the new royaltiz shop.
Exchange your Rewards for exclusive collectibles, money-can't-buy experiences, and surprise loot boxes.
This article explains what's available, how the exchange works, and everything you need to know about delivery and eligibility.

What can I find in the Shop?
Items in the Shop include:
- **Signed merchandise from talents: **authentic, talent-signed items.
- Royaltiz-branded items: official Royaltiz merch.
- **Exclusive, money-can't-buy event access: **unique experiences you won't find anywhere else.
- US partners tech products
- Mystery loot boxes — surprise boxes packed with rewards.
Everything is described in detail on each item's own page, including its value and what you'll receive.

How does the exchange work?
- Browse the rewards available in the Shop.
- Each items shows a price in a number of Rewards, plus an estimated value in your currency.
- Tap Exchange, confirm, and the required amount of Rewards is deducted from your wallet.
- You get an instant confirmation, and your items lands in My Rewards.
What's a loot box?
A loot box is a mystery box containing one or more items, which can be physical or digital.
Once you exchange for it, you open it to reveal what's inside. Loot boxes come in several tiers — Standard, Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with the higher tiers offering the most exciting rewards.
What happens after I exchange?
- A confirmation message appears ("Exchange successful") with a shortcut to My Rewards.
- Your reward is stored in My Rewards.
- The operation is logged in your portfolio transaction history.
I don't have enough ROYs for a reward — what now?
If your Rewards balance is too low, a pop-up lets you buy the required Rewards right away so you can complete your exchange.



Why is a Reward unavailable?
A reward can show one of these statuses:
- Coming soon — a countdown runs until the release date; exchange isn't possible yet.
- Sold out — stock has reached zero.
- Already exchanged — you've already claimed this item.
How is delivery handled for physical items?
- During the exchange, you add or confirm your delivery address.
- Delivery is free (for supported region only).
- You'll confirm your address is correct.
Can items be delivered anywhere?
No. Delivery isn't available in every region. If your country isn't covered, you'll see a message during the exchange.
What do I agree to before confirming?
Before validating, you accept the terms & conditions of sale. By exchanging your Rewards, you acknowledge that you cease to be a party to the contract(s) attached to the ROYs concerned.
For physical items, you also confirm the accuracy of your delivery address.
