# Restricted juridictions

**Geofencing and access control**

Royaltiz employs geofencing technology to restrict access from restricted 
Jurisdictions. 

Access attempts are monitored based on IP address and other 
location-verification methods. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to 
circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material 
breach of these Terms.

**User representations and warranties**

By accessing or using royaltiz services, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the platform from any 
   Restricted Jurisdiction;

2. You are not a person or entity identified on any OFAC sanctions list, including 
   the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List;

3. You will not use any technology or method to conceal your location or circumvent 
   geographic restrictions;

4. You will immediately discontinue use of the platform if you become a resident of, 
   or relocate to, a Restricted Jurisdiction;

5. You understand that Royaltiz may update the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at 
   any time, with or without notice, based on regulatory developments or compliance 
   requirements.

**Consequences of Violation**

If Royaltiz determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these 
geographic restrictions:

* Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated
* You may be prohibited from accessing the platform permanently
* Royaltiz may report such violations to relevant authorities as required by law
* You will remain liable for any damages, costs, or expenses incurred by Royaltiz 
  as a result of your violation.
