Restricted juridictions
Geofencing and access control
Royaltiz employs geofencing technology to restrict access from restricted
Jurisdictions.
Access attempts are monitored based on IP address and other
location-verification methods. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to
circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material
breach of these Terms.

User representations and warranties
By accessing or using royaltiz services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the platform from any
Restricted Jurisdiction;
- You are not a person or entity identified on any OFAC sanctions list, including
the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List;
- You will not use any technology or method to conceal your location or circumvent
geographic restrictions;
- You will immediately discontinue use of the platform if you become a resident of,
or relocate to, a Restricted Jurisdiction;
- You understand that Royaltiz may update the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at
any time, with or without notice, based on regulatory developments or compliance
requirements.
Consequences of Violation
If Royaltiz determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these
geographic restrictions:
- Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated
- You may be prohibited from accessing the platform permanently
- Royaltiz may report such violations to relevant authorities as required by law
- You will remain liable for any damages, costs, or expenses incurred by Royaltiz
as a result of your violation.
