# How are monthly ROYs Rewards calculated?

A proprietary algorithm determines each talent’s ROYs Reward percentage using:

* Instagram follower growth
* Instagram engagement rate

📈If these indicators increase compared to the previous month, your ROYs Rewards increase.  
📉If they decrease, your rewards follow the same trend.

ROYs Rewards are always calculated using the introduction price.
